Graduation Spectacular!

These were the best back-to-back nights. I got a chance to see Jeska, who had flown in from cali, and her new man Jon Henry. Also in attendance were Jeffy, Cyndy, and the lovely Colleen (along with my girl). We got funky, I got sweaty, and we retired to Coney, as per usual.

On Friday, of course, I had a wonderful time with some of the best people in the world. While I was bummed at the large cadre of people who called at the last minute with various issues, it turned out there were exactly enough people for the place to be busy and full o’ love, but not so much that it was claustraphobic. With all the lovin’ huggin’ attention, I really felt so incredibly lucky. I still do. I bought all sorts of yummy food: I cut up green apples, laid out a huge fruit tray, bought honey-peanut butter and a special microwaveable chocolate icing for dipping, crackers and oven-baked brie as well as a cheese-and-sausage rack thingy, air-popped popcorn, pizza bites, chocolate covered vanilla wafers, chocolate covered dried cherries, and banana chips (which went excellently with all dipping stuffs). It was a peculiar mix of grown-up and child food, which fit me perfectly I suppose.

Most of us made our way to Leopold Bro’s, and we had a hilarious time with Apples to Apples. Heather arrived, and my evening shaped up to be something special. I felt love and affection the entire time, even watching my crappy videos, and all that love just makes me want to go all squooshy.

On Saturday, as I drove to visit the skate in lansing, the song “I will not take these things for granted” was playing on my CD player for the first time in a long time. I put it on that CD to keep me mindful, and it does that well.

I love you guys.
Thanks.

Grad Party Photos ( + Luna)

I don’t know what she smelled. I didn’t do it. …What?

The lovely couple, Jeska and Jon Henry. You guess who is who. Why are we both dating people with two first names??

First in a series I like to call, “just ’cause I like it”

Skate in profile. I’m sure she’ll hate it, she hates all the pictures I take of her :)

Jon Henry sharks us at pool

Who was it who said I had a “type,” again? I go for zombies.

Jeska and a bespectacled Skennedy at Luna

Cyndy thinks she’s on Star Search

Ahh, the intense look of… … what -is- he looking at?

Ain’t they the cute?

COLLEEN MAKES AN APPEARANCE! My life is complete. (urrrk!)

I guess she smells it too. Must be Luna Funk.

All of my favorite photos in life involve me with my arms around two girls. I wonder why this is?

A close-up of the lovely and mysterious Cyndy, an Old-Schooler.

At my grad party, I am greeted by cleavage. What better gift?

All in-house party pics suck due to light and camera crap. Why do I persist with this hunkajunk?

Everyone holds still for a moment

I have a disposable camera, too. 6 pics left and then I’ll see some quality pics. Pinky swear.

These are my FAVORITE PILLOWS. I don’t know what I did before I had these pillows to rest my head (or whatever else) on. They’re comfy and shaped just right and are sweet-lookin’. … what?

HEATHER! OMGOMGBBQSTUFF! My adopted-by-fate sister who keeps me out of trouble. Or gets me in trouble. Whatever.

The lovely crew holds still for some random guy who takes a picture consisting mostly of background. Crop-city, people.

Katrina’s massive stack of … umh… playing cards. WHAT, PEOPLE?? We were playing, “Bullshit”, and she received the brunt of it.

Five boobs, taken specifically to give me a new “boobs” icon. Mmmmboobs!
