On a much better note: My Google is really sweet.

www.google.com/ig . If you have gmail, you have access to it. I’ve got it set up with a mail window, word of the day, and weather in the left column, center column for top stories, reuters, and BBC, and the right column with slashdot, wired, and tech news. *geek geek, geek geek* It was delightfully easy to move items around in the columns, and it’s a snap to add other RSS, though I haven’t bothered.

I was already using google as my home page.

  1. Awesome! I didn’t know they could do that.

  2. I don’t have gmail, but I’m very satisfied with LiveJournal’s ability to include RSS/Atom feeds from other locations (and having a pay account is very useful with the added ability to create new LJ feeds of other sources) So my friends list is good for keeping on loads of news as well as friends’ blogs… :)

  3. sweet! Thanks for pointing this out.

  4. Nice, isn’t it?

I’ve been using it for at least four months now, and it’s very nice.
