If you’re looking for pictures of actual cars, you should go here and click on the Auto Show link. I didn’t take -all- of the live shots, but I did many of them, and there will be a number more online in the morning.

My feet are sore from constantly wandering around with the camera. I shot concepts as they were unveiled, and famous people (with the assistance of a reporter). It’s already been confirmed that at least one of my shots will be in the AutoShow Daily, if not the weekly paper, so I’m going to try to get my hands on it. I’m attributed in a publication!

No sushi for me today, instead I had tortellini alfredo, with turkey on the side. Delish. In the above gallery, you’ll also see pictures of the K-9 Bomb detection dog (too bad it didn’t locate cars that were also bombs), the hot but alien-looking model chick, and the War Room where we do our writing/coding, on the 2nd floor of Cobo.

I’m totally drained, and my throat still hurts. Time for bed, so I can pull 12 hours tomorrow and Tuesday.

  2. I LOVE auto-show season. I’m not sure what i like more, the wacky Japanese concept cars, or unveiling of actual cars that will be on the lot the next year (especially if i saw some “spy-shots” first).

    Can’t wait to look through your photos.

  3. I hate you. I still have to wait till next week, either Monday or Thursday.

    I go every year, but last year I went on a weekend. Never make THAT mistake again…
