Love it

So, trying to deal with my comcast bill fucked me on my verizon bill – 100 minutes extra there, plus paying 1 minute of airtime per sent or received picture, regardless of wireless carrier, added up to totally fuck me this month. 95% of the people I talk to are verizon customers, but the rest of you bastards had better switch just for me!

*sigh*

I got them to give me 25 dollars off. NEXT month. And I was set up for auto bill pay, so 130 bucks have already flitted their way out of my account.

Good times, folks, good times.

      • Expletive deleted. :( Do they have some sort of analogue to the fair & flexible plan of Sprint? It mitigates the overages a bit- the minutes thing sounds like it’s not going to repeat very often, but the out-of-network nonsense… ehhhhhhhhh. :( I’m sorry dude, cell phone overages are awful.

        • Yeah, it’s pretty lame, and no, no flexibility plan. The first person I talked to was totally unsympathetic. I called back and explained how unhappy I was, and that’s when I got the discount. Of course that’s for next month’s bill – this month I’ll just have to suffer.
