This weekend has been filled with good food and good company. Also paint, paint and more paint. However, netmouse‘s front room is now completely painted (barring touch-ups), so’s I feel accomplished.
I was not expecting to spend the night, but we didn’t finish the ceiling until 1 am, and it was already a sleepover and we know I wouldn’t miss a sleepover. ;) I rhink we must have been too sore for pillowfights.
jeffreyab was a big help with the tall things, and renniekins took to the lowlands – I know my back thanks her. :)
Anne’s general way of saying thanks is to make enough food for twice the amount of people coming. :D Mmm, grilled chicken, sausage, and my flavorite hotdogs, not to mention a lovely basil-mozz-tomato salad.
Anyway, that’s mostly what I’ve done with my weekend. I haven’t figured out how I’ll spend today, but I’m sure something will come up. I woke up with more energy than I’ve had in awhile – perhaps exercise really -is- good for me. ;)
