Tis a beautiful day, it’s time to get started!

Yesterday was a really great Friday. trasenstine and I got together with astaria66 for dinner at a place called El Charros (hey! I forgot I have it in the fridge! WINNER!), and we totally closed the place. Trase and I thought for a second that we saw our waitress leaving as -we- were leaving. *snort*

It was outrageous fun, and a great way to spend the evening. Next time, I might go a little easy on the lime-ade, though, I wouldn’t want to be seen as a teetotaler. ;)

Today’s a mixed bag. Laundry to do, mexican to reheat (hehe), and either A) I’ll be visiting Lucy at her summer camp in Fenton, or B) I’ll be visiting Ari and peeps in Lansing. Only time will tell which comes to fruition…

I might even, if time permits, stretch and work out a bit. Or work on my wood, wink wink nudge nudge.

  1. Last night was a ton of fun and I really appreciate you driving us there and getting my tippled arse home. :D

    How did your stuff reheat? Mine was subpar compared to last night. Which clearly means we must return for fresh portions at some point! ;D

    • Yeah, actually, it totally sucked. I ate a bite or two, and actually -spit out- a bite and tossed the rest.

  2. Yeah, should have warned you that while the soft tacos are awesome, leftover, the shells kinda go nasty.

    If you disassemble them and reheat parts individually they can be eatable again, but mostly I just take out the insides mix them with the beans and rice and eat them as a salad or a dip for tortilla chips.

    And yes you did see our waitress leaving as soon as we did, I managed to be driving down 14 mile with her.
