It was a very brief time, I think – I had two people ( and ) report that my posts suddenly disappeared, and when I went to my own friend’s page, they were gone. I post to that effect, and they’re back. :)
Good thing I’m working from home so I can discover these… tidal pools of internet outage. :D
Something important to note, that if you used the Date out of Order function on posts, it’s going to hose you a bit. I had to change the first post in my LJ because I wasn’t showing up at all on Friend views. Nevertheless, your issue sounds different.
