Yes, George Carlin Died

George Carlin, 71

I prefer to think he died in a manner similar to Vizzini:

“… never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Ha ha ha! … [thump]”

  1. Bum deal. A hell of a life tho.

  2. I somewhat hope he was forming a rant on the health care system we have in place today…

J has many of his sketches on our iPod. It’s hard to stop from giggling madly when listening to them in the computer lab.

  3. That bites so bad.

  4. In-con-theeevable!

He was, a crass, funny guy. =/

  5. He was a true master. I think a lot of his stuff was so funny because it
pointed out the patent absurdities that we take for granted every day.

When I saw Carlin in archbishop’s robes in the opening scene of Dogma,
I fell out of my chair laughing before anyone had a chance to say a word.

  6. I enjoy his sketch about football vs baseball, football being like war and srs bizness and baseball being all light and fluffy.

  7. I’ve been enriched by Carlin my entire life. He really spoke to me and my sense of humor.
