Carrie-Okie Shenanigans
Notes about tonight’s 9p Carrie-Okie:
The place is a bit small, and it can be hard to get seats – that said, we (probably) have our own devastatingly attractive gimp who knows martial arts, and I’m totally not above exploiting that for my bum’s sake. (I’m hoping it’ll be easier without the Wings)
It is (or was last week) a bit smokey. I don’t love it, but I can certainly tough it out for awesomeness.
The waitress takes her time.
If any of these things are an issue for you, is cool, de nada.
On the other hand:
NIGH-INFINITE selection of music.
I sing.
Carrie sings (omg good)
Jer sings (if and when he can make it).
Your mom sings (if and when she can make it – she’s not returning my calls right now).
So!
The Inn Place. On Main St, in Royal Oak.
Unrelatedly but I’m too lazy to make a new post, my chair is bent. My leather office chair at home leans heavily to the left, and it is very, erm… awkward. I suppose I can’t expect it to be perfect for over 10 years, but still! I could use some help fixing it!

I’ll move the phone closer to the urn. However, I’m not holding it up to the urn while you talk to her. She’ll have to answer it herself. (..hands free bluetooth?)
HAHAHAHA – hands-free bluetooth! Has never been! So handsfree!
I had a dream about my mom last night, but I don’t think she was fielding your calls then, either. ;)
I’ve got a ton of stuff to do before this weekend, and the smoke-level makes me nervous, so I don’t think we’ll be out. Have fun tho!

I so love this group.
If you like, bring your chair over to the garage and we’ll give it a shot. A shot of Awesome!
Sweet! I’ll have to do that when I get back from L-town.
