I found it to be very pretty, and with only the barest whisper of a plot — which ultimately made no sense anyway. I guess I’ll go a-readin’ the facebook page to see if I just missed something…
i saw it last night. I especially liked when they are all listening to “somewhere over the rainbow” celebrating….and then the machine comes out and attacks them. good stuff.
Heh, I’ve screened your entry because most people reading my journal haven’t seen it, and I’m pretty sure they don’t want to know that particular bit of information.
I agree with the “barest whisper of a plot” statement. I liked the movie, but nothing I’ll see again. However, I had absolutely no idea what the movie was about, or hell, that it was even coming out. So for a last minute “hey you wanna catch a movie” with Matt, it served its purpose. And I love Christopher Plummer! Sir Charles Litton, General Chang, #1…all unique roles for a very talented actor.
It wasn’t 99 minutes long?!?
