Also also, I discovered that I never finished my 2006 LJ review, and found the document in which I was working (ich, local copy), and put said copy in a google doc so I can finish it and start on my 2007 review, heh.
Working on the yearly reviews gives me a chance to go through nearly all of my previous year’s posts (a great memory tool), highlight the important ones, and make an easy reference for myself and others to go through later.
I’d rather look at the dozen posts I highlight in a given month via my review than have to hunt through my impressive post flood.
The other nice thing about making the review is that I tend to write my descriptive titles then, rather than at first posting.
