Polish food reference in AN
” … makes great krushiki, which is a Polish crispy wings thing, with pastry. It’s great.”
Hmm, I don’t think I’ve ever had that. I wonder if there’s a place that does that in ham-town.

Polish food in Hamtramck? That’s just crazy talk.
I may have been an idiot about what he meant, but now I seriously want chicken pastry things.
Too bad I’m a vegetarian, or I might try to figure out how to make some. Heh.
I heart kruschiki, but I would always wear something dark when I happened upon them, which meant I would get maximum powdered sugar all over myself when attempting to enjoy the pastry.
Angel Wings? Damn near any of the bakeries.
they are a paper thin pastry that is deep fried in lard and covered in powder sugar.
Not hard to make, just takes a good bit of time.
…damn….now I want to make some……
gah.
