Dudes. Why are you not in on this?
For those of you who don’t know what Woot! is, it’s a site that offers one deal a day, sometimes at a great price. That’s all they sell is one item at a time, and when they’re out of stock, it’s just gone, and you’ll have to wait until tomorrow.
Anyway, I’ve been looking to pick up a bluetooth headset for driving, but the inexpensive ones use AAA batteries (lame). Until now.
Ten bucks! With a bluetooth USB adapter! My laptops a little too old to have bluetooth, so I had no incentive there.
Anyway, this is half the price of even the cheapest bluetooth headsets I’ve seen, and even if I don’t like it, I’ll still have the adapter.
One day, when the USB standard dies, I’m going to make a charm bracelet out of my bluetooth adapter, wireless adapter and countless flash drives.
In other news, I’ve finished four videos in two days, with another one I might do on the plane (if there’s room) or at home and a sixth one that’ll have to wait for a voiceover on Monday. Not too bad. Time to go home! (flight’s at 2:20p)

Hmm… I had a Bluespoon I bought reconditioned for $20, but it crapped out on me. Nifty thing, light as a feather, tiny, used a rechargeable coin battery, but it just died and I can’t figure out why.
This actually tempts a bit, even though I don’t need the Bluetooth adapter.
— Steve’s imagining plugging the adapter into his desktop, and then running his 360 controller on his PC. Hmm…

meh. I think people that wear those big clippy things as some sort of fashion accessory looks silly. I’d be interested in a bluetooth bone conduction unit perhaps. something on the down-low.
