Sadly, I got a call from my sister, and she’ll have -just- gotten back from france, and isn’t up to going to North Carolina. Also, my grandma in philly is in the hospital, so I want to spend a little more time there.

That’s awesome. We’re starting our trip on Friday the 16th, heading toward Mass on Saturday (from the Cleveland area). I’m not sure how long we’re staying from there, that depends on Josh and Kati and whatever time they can spend with us. :) Then we’re on our way to Philly, which is the leg of the trip you are familiar with! :D

Heh, Lucy is visiting her parents in the Cleveland area, which is where I’ll be picking her up, and then we’re spending the night in town with F and G. I did notice that it saves about 60 miles aka 2 gallons aka 7 bucks to go through Canada. :)
While going to Mass through Canada is a good idea, let me volunteer that listening to people telling you it’s quicker to go through Canada to get to NYC is BAD. They are WRONG. Heh.
The only way I made it to my scholarship ceremony was by driving over 100 … for a few hours.

You’re going to be driving right by my house! Is there time for a brief stop in Connecticut?
Really? We’d totally stop! I miss you guys!
Yes! When you drive through CT northeastish of Hartford, you’ll be taking the 84. I live just off the 84 by just a couple of miles.
When in May are you embarking on your fishy-shaped journey? I will totally make time/arrange to be around if you’ve got time to stop in. :)

Hey, I’ve taken that road trip! Or nearly exactly anyway.
If you don’t need to hit point B, I would suggest coming back through Canada. MUCH faster and easier.
