Highly flexible circadian rhythm: blessing or curse?

I took my time getting up yesterday (after the huge PenguiCon hand-off Party) and spent the entire day puttering around at home by myself. For some reason I was having one of “those” days, because Matilda was on TV while I was doing laundry, and I totally needed a tissue: “She’s just so plucky and indomitable! *blinkblink*”

The Wii scared me for a minute – I haven’t turned it on since before I left for Vegas, and it was awfully hesitant about playing Smash Bros, but a few careful reinsertions and we were back in business (you boys know what I mean, amiright?). I violated my cardinal rule by ordering Pizza for One, but it was lunch! If I ate it all in one day, that’d just be Dinner! (I didn’t, thank you)

My place needs some serious cleaning and organizing – some asshole just keeps piling my mail up on my work table, as if that is an appropriate way to handle sensitive documents. I think that same asshole has let the sink get out of control, too.

As it turns out, I may have the time for that today – my boss called me from his big-ass all-day meeting today, and he asked me to do some stuff I can totally do from home, so I am staying here for the day. I was pretty much dressed for work though, so I’m going to hit up the Tim Horton’s before I start my day, ’cause I went to bed at 3 (like a dumb-ass, for no good reason) and me ass is draggin’.

  1. Tim Hortons. Yum. I’ll take a large double-double! :)

  3. Tim Hortons have been popping up all over Lansing in the last year, but I haven’t made it out to one. Worth it, when I have Gone Wired? Or just when GW is closed? :)

    • Depends. I don’t drink coffee (other than the vanilla iced capp), but the breakfast sandwiches are nice.
