Y’know, Neil Patrick Harris is sort of retroactively redeeming my having been called Doogie Howser, in middle school, by being fairly awesome in his adult years.

I love How I met your mother.
I love how *I* met *your* mother.
Ick. I feel sad for you. =p
Hehe… actually, I haven’t met your mother.
Have you watched that show? I love it. NPH’s character is awe – wait for it – some.
I loved him as himself in Harold & Kumar. So funny! He’s way cool. Haven’t seen the second one yet, tho…
A friend of mine (on LJ, no less) has run into him multiple times – his partner lives near Brighton and goes to the Target she works at.
you know, speaking of partners, i was really impressed with the honesty and non drama that he handled his “coming out” with. Just really cool and classy.
ooh, and i watched the preview… awesome! YAY for mad scientists! the world needs more…
I got a kick out of him in Undercover Brother. Liked him in H&K too. Never watched doogie howser, though.
:)
Hmmm… I’m curious what this remark came from.
Myself, I watched him on Celebrity Password (with my grandmother) and thought he was pretty spiffy.
But then, hey… I also liked Doogie Howser. Oh, and him in Starship Troopers. I never said I had taste.
Not to mention he’s totally HOT!
His role in Harold & Kumar was nothing short of Oscar worthy, in my humble opinion.
