Wait wait wait wait now. I didn’t actually see that speech. Did Dubya for realz just place all the blame for this crisis entirely on the American people?!
He did make a speech just about the credit crisis, basically in order to convince the american people that they need to get behind this crazy package. That… does not seem to have worked. Heh.
