Between watching this tonight, and interpreting a song in a couple hours about how “life’s not worth a damn, till you can say ‘hey world – I am what i am’ “, I have a feeling I’m going to have a really hard time looking directly at my parents after the play while still not being honest about, well, who I am. Here’s hoping that they won’t want to bring up too much about the play’s content directly afterwards. Not to say that I won’t put such a conversation off a little longer, but it’s something I’ve definitely been thinking about lately.
